About Us

Gareth McMurdo is the owner and sole Clinical Dental Technician at Queenstown Denture Centre. Raised in Queenstown and Te Anau, Gareth has always had a strong connection to the local community and understands the value of personalised, friendly healthcare.

After completing his Diploma in Dental Technology at the Central Institute of Technology in Upper Hutt, Gareth went on to earn his Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Dental Technology from the University of Otago.

Over the past 25 years, Gareth has worked in dental laboratories across New Zealand and Australia, building extensive knowledge and experience in denture care. Returning to Queenstown with his wife Megan and their two sons allowed him to realise a long-standing ambition – to establish a dedicated denture clinic for the region, where patients receive expert care, quality workmanship, and individual attention.
